Indiana Rep's Baron Hill's Phone Lines Unavailable

Repeated attempts to call Rep Baron Hill were answered with the office closed / busy, message. So I had to write a "love letter" which follows. I also wrote to the Indiana Senators Bayh and Lugar to request opposition to the Obama Health-kill legislation.


Representative Hill,

I'm quite upset that your Washington and Jefferson phones are shut down during working hours. Could it be that you're tired of hearing from the large number of constituents who oppose the Obama agenda?

I again urge opposition to HR 3200. It's not what your constituents want. I also urge opposition to the Kennedy amendment to force me to participate in abortion (so long as a doctor fraudulently claims it's an "emergency". Any competent health care professional knows that there is NO need to cut up and kill a baby, rather than attempt a live/intact, early delivery in emergency cases. The former is actually more dangerous to the woman.) I urge opposition to forced tax payer funding of abortion, which is also written into HR 3200, with the understanding that we are already funding some abortions through the fraud permitted by the government. We do not need to fund any more.

I'm going to mosey over to the rapidly growing Independence Caucus to ask those nice people if they have another working office number to reach you.
Meanwhile, I recommend that you turn your Washington office phones back on. Frustrating your constituents is not a bright idea, and may cause you to have difficulty even running against domestic livestock in your primary next year.

Why Time Magazine is Plummeting

This old text of Holdren's, from which he now wishes to walk away, had suggested such severe measures of population control, in answer to the once popular, but now debunked doomsday predictions of ever increasing human hordes destroying the earth.

The Concord Mills Mall in NC has attracted actual protesters since removing the Loren Spivacks Kiosk of conservative leaning merchandise.

Spivack has met with Mall managers and a future meeting with Mills executives appear to be in the works.

OBAMA HEALTH KILL

When one asks the leftist elitists if they will subject themselves to the same Health-Kill that they plan for us, one obtains no answer or a "no" answer, usually the former. Understand that what they plan for themselves is sustenance at our expense, while they deny to us payment for care, and even the opportunity to pay for our own care.

The government will decide who gets care, and who does not. If you are not in the favor of the leftists, or if you oppose the leftists, you will be denied care. I, for example, will not survive any major illness under the Obama Health-Kill Plan. Many people will sell out their conscience and their principles in order to survive and obtain the necessities of life from the government. I would rather be dead than to do that. I am certain Obama's system would assist.

People are now discovering what I have known about the leftist plans for the the working class, for these many years, and appear to be surprised and shocked at the blatant, murderous intent of it. When you oppose the government or when you lose your "usefulness" to society, you will be told to die.

Every five years, under Obama Health-kill, the elderly will be given mandatory couseling and encouraged to die. Elderly are useless eaters in the view of leftist elitists, and are not valued for their collection of knowledge nor their acquisition of the Long View.

The disabled, and excess young of minorities will be exterminated under Obama Health-kill. Planned Parenthood provided for, and obtained legal permission for their extermination of minorities program in 1973. Obama promised that this abortion program would be at the heart of his new Health-Kill. To show his sincerity, he has elevated Ezekiel Emanuel, brother of Rahm, to health-policy adviser at the Office of Management and Budget, and to the Federal Council on Comparative Effectiveness Research. Crazy Ezekiel believes that Doctors should conserve resources by denying health care to the elderly. (YES, this is what AARP has had in mind for you retirees all along, and it's why the organization always supported their like-thinking left wing politicians.) Ezekiel Mengele Emanuel also believes that Americans will need to reduce their technological advances in health care. We have too much hope and attachment to life for his tastes, and far too much propensity for assisting the vulnerable and disabled.

Obama has promised Planned Parenthood that their agenda will be at the center of his health care plan, and the text of his campaign speech to their leadership is linked under resources. Stop the Abortion Mandate is a grass roots effort to add specific language to any health care plan to prevent abortion coverage with our tax dollars.
Recently Washington DC received federal funding for abortions there. That City's 42 percent abortion rate was not considered high enough by the leftists because, in the words of Sen. Dick Durbin, the population is disproportionately Black.

Harry Reid woke up to the impending 2010 election problems he faces, and will postpone the Senate vote on Health-Kill until after the August Recess. On some Near Term Alternatives to Obama-care.

Medical professionals should understand that there will soon be no legal recourse when their human rights are violated as in the case of Nurse DeCarlo at Mt Sinai Medical Center of New York. Obama has lined up judicial appointees and government health care administrators who are demanding that health care professionals add killing humans to their skills and practices.

Young people need to choose careers in alternative medicine, and veterinary medicine, if their interest lies in health care. Existing health care professionals need to plan their next career. The sooner that Obama's health care plan suffers total collapse, the sooner it can be replaced with a more humane system, focused on care and healing rather than killing.

Veterinary schools need to offer more elective courses in the primary care of humans as a large animal. There will be little to no health care available to the people of rural America in the Obama plan. Alternative care or veterinary care is preferable to Obama-care. Pharmer also notes, for public benefit, that is easier to gain admission to medical school than to veterinary school. You KNOW what that means........

The one potential difficulty of veterinary care for humans as large animals is that the docs are accustomed to euthanasia and abortion. For some of them, the standard of care for domestic animals might carry over too easily to humans.

Vigilance is always necessary when dealing with the health care providers of today and the near future.

Nurse Sues Mt Sinai Hospital

Nurse Catherina Lorena Cenzon-DeCarlo, and the Alliance Defense fund are bringing suit against Mt Sinai Medical Center in New York for strong arming her into assisting with an elective abortion procedure.

Though her conscientous objection was known by the employer since 2004, Ms. DeCarlo was threatened with a charge of patient abandonment, loss of job, and loss of license for her objection to participating in an elective abortion. While there is pretense that the abortion was necessary for a woman diagnosed with preeclampsia, competent nurses realize that a baby does not have to be cut up and willfully killed when a premature delivery must take place to save the life of a mother.


From the apparent bad judgment in this case, and the inappropriate handling of this nurses conscientious objection it seems that the OB-Gyns of Mt. Sinai Hospital lack basic competency and respect for women. Patients might want to take this into consideration when choosing where to obtain obstetric services.

The lawsuit against Mt Sinai, for the violation of Nurse DeSalvo's human rights, and the apparent incompetence with which they handled this patient's case is, in Pharmer's opinion, well deserved.

Major Stefan Cook Fired for Questioning Obama's Birth Certificate

In a post below is the story of Major Stefan Frederick Cook, a reservist who filed a lawsuit questioning Obama's qualifications as commander in chief, based upon his inability to show natural born citizenship. The Department of Defense has compelled his private employer, Simtech, a defense contracter to fire Major Cook as a result of this lawsuit, and the revocation of his orders to be deployed to Afghanistan.

Pope Benedict bounces Back, and .......... More!

Pope Benedict, who broke his wrist in a fall during his vacation in the Alps appears to have recovered rapidly from outpatient surgery to reduce the fracture.

The fall is not believed to have resulted from an underlying condition, and he is expected to have the cast removed in about a month, which is good news.

Details at Breitbart, in an article which appears to have closed comments. Too bad or you could have seen the circus of leftists projecting their own faults onto the Pontiff.

This brings to mind the recent visit of Obama to the Pope, during which our president lied about wanting to reduce the number of abortions.

Spending US tax dollars to export abortion to the third world is not the way to reduce abortions.

Obama was really an idiot for even attempting to lie about this. Pope Benedict XVI is like Yoda ...... OK? He's really old, has genius IQ, and therefore has seen a lot. In addition his vision isn't clouded from wasting himself on dissolute practices. He's a specialist in knowing what's going on around him. THAT'S WHY HE'S POPE. Religious people have other more reverent language for these characteristics of the Pope, and can cite additional ones, but most people just don't care about that anymore. Understand that the Pope has to make nice to the world leaders, no matter how dissolute they are, in order to keep the charitable functions of the Church operating as much as possible.

From the long lines of Leftists who have no idea about the various functions and purpose of the Pope comes this prize winner. Meet Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, who like her relatives, needs to justify her own moral turpitude full time. She suggests that Obama is more Catholic than the Pope, since 54 percent of US catholics supported Obamanator, (not withstanding the fact that most of those were not even able to name his VP, nor were aware of his pro abortion stance).

Townsend suggested (to Pharmer's vast amusement) that the Pope needs to learn from Obama about U.S. Catholics. She is completely unaware of Pope Benedict's prediction that the Catholic Church will overall become smaller in size and more adherent. He has always understood the consequences of spreading persecution in the post-Christian era.

There were self proclaimed Jews and Christians serving as guards in Hitler's Concentration Camps. This is essentially the current and future function of the Cathoics-in-name-Only, of which Kathleen Kennedy Townsend is one. She will remain weathy while cheering contraction of Catholic health care, educational systems, and charities, and the imprisonment of those who oppose her leftist world view.

One last blast: It is not the job of religious leaders to erase the ethical principles revealed to them by the Deity, in order to make the non-adherent feel more at home. Their job is to encourage more people to rise to the expectations, and inspire the faithful to adhere, regardless of the ever changing trends and fads.

Really, Kathleen, your buddies are going to eventually learn (I know they are really slooow) that their sex practices cause discomfort, disease, and harm + death to the young. Those fads which you hold forth as more important than the teaching to honor God's creation, including your own body, are going to eventually fade.

While the Republicans have allowed the fraud of Franken, and are fearfully softballing Sotomayor in her confirmation hearings, one of our military officers is taking the lead.

Army Major Stefan Frederick Cook is refusing deployment to Afghanistan, seeking a restraining order and status as a conscientious objector, on the grounds that Obama is not qualified as commander in chief due to his inability to establish natural born American citizenship.

Major Cook, defended by attorney Orly Taitz contends that he would be violating international law by faithfully fulfilling the orders of a person whose command position is not legally obtained.

This article contends with no details or proof that Obama is shown to have been born in Hawaii. As any reasonably aware person knows, there is disparity among Obama's relatives claims, the hospital records, the passports, and a lack of actual certificate of live birth, and Obama is spending millions of dollars in legal fees in order to avoid having to produce the birth certificate.

Ruth Racist Ginsberg on Roe V Wade

The New York Times carried an interview with Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg in which she discussed what she had thought had been the intent of the Roe V Wade decision, and lamented that abortion was not more easily obtainable. Her words reveal the racist agenda of the Leftist elites, who appear to "know" what kinds of people, and in what proportion, should make up our population, and of course are willing to kill humans in order to achieve that end.

Blue Dog Democrats Worried About Careers

The very close vote on Cap and Tax in the House, showed the skittishness of many Democrats concerning their job futures. Congressmen in conservative districts were begging Caligula Pelosi for permission to vote against that horrendous energy bill, the costs of which will slide upward over time, adding thousands of dollars yearly to the expenses of American families as the programs are implemented.

Now a large coalition of Blue Dog Democrats has sent a letter to Obamanator requesting a slowdown on the health care legislation. They're resisting a vote on a new program which is not already paid for.

Recall that during the Debates with McCain, Obama promised to pay every dime of the health care costs in his program. He unfortunately has been borrowing to pay for his jaunts to New York, his Whitehouse cocktail parties, and his junkets abroad. So we know that this promise has as much meaning as his pledge to let us read every bill before passing them. He's not even letting CONGRESS read those bills.

IRS Has and Will Continue to Regulate Speech

One reason that many church pastors are afraid to address morality as it impinges upon participation in the democratic process is that they fear losing tax exempt status.

The Christian Coalition lost tax exempt status because they distributed a voter guide at election time which (without comment) stated the positions of politicians and candidates on issues of interest to Christian voters.

In addition, the Post Office delivered the voter guide at its own discretion. Mine tended to come well after the election is over, after an apparent sojourn in the back rooms. There is now distribution online. It seems that the Christian coalition abandoned reliance on the post office for more than one reason.

The latest example of the IRS regulating free speech comes as a restriction for the Coalition for Life of Iowa. In order to have tax exempt status, they must cease speaking out against Planned Parenthood.

Perhaps the IRS has come up against the wrong organization this time, and their egregious violations of the first amendment since the time of the Johnson administration might be brought to light in a lawsuit. Thomas More Society has announced its legal support of the Coalition for Life.

It is not the place of the IRS to limit the speech of NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.

It is notable that Planned Parenthood has spent money on active lobbying and campaign contributions, yet retains its not profit status.

Since the Palins were not rich, and since they could not accept outside income, as liberal politicians can, they simply could not afford to field lawyers to answer the frivolous lawsuits.

After a short time as a private citizen, Palin will have a sufficient $ war chest $ to hold public office in the future.

As a private citizen, Palin will wield more influence, amass more wealth, have ability to sue those who publish libel, and this is causing the liberal hysteria to reach fever pitch.

A couple of weeks after Obama won the election, I affixed a Palin 2012 bumper sticker to my car and it will stay there. She's the "MOST NORMAL" person put forth on the national political scene in decades.

Sarah Palin Resigns as Governor

Sarah Palin had previously decided not to seek re-election in Alaska, and today has decided also not to finish out her present term. Lieutenant Governor Sean Parnell will assume the office on July 26th.

Sarah has made no official statements on her future political career. Normal people hope that she retains her natural leadership role.

The leftists remain deathly afraid of Palin, as evidenced by her prominence in their thoughts and writings. I expect the Palinphobia and hysteria from the Left to increase now that she has freed up time to work outside of political constraints.

On the other hand, the very elderly grand dame of media, Helen Thomas appears not ready to stop drawing breath yet, and made internet fame for herself, nipping at the heels of White house press secretary Robert Gibbs.
