Mom Beats Sex Offender with Baseball Bat

Way to go MOM!

The politically correct thing to say is that Tammy Gibson shouldn't have taken justice into her own hands.
Unfortunately, too many of our judges and juries have too much in common with the child molesters and sex perverts.
With the sex offenders being released into neighborhoods full of kids, there is a natural impulse for defensive action.

Ms. Gibson recognized William Baldwin's picture on a sex offender alert flyer as a man who chatted with her 10 year old daughter previously. The daughter said that he tried to offer her fireworks, but she refused. Mom paid a visit to the Tacoma residence of Baldwin's uncle, asked for Baldwin, and proceeded to beat him mercilessly with a baseball bat.

For this effort, Ms. Gibson will get 3 months in jail. Her effort was effective in causing Baldwin to move out of the neighborhood to Seattle, where he might feel more at home.

It might be possible to find Ms Tammy Gibson in Tacoma WA, and see if her family needs financial assistance while she is in jail.

Who Loves the DEAD in Cincinnati

Google analytics establishes firmly that reporting on the Jerry Springerisms of Life is the bulk of what bring hits from their search engine to my blog.

So I will shamelessly feature some of this naaaaastayyyyy News in order to haul people in here for the politics news and pro life news which can't easily be found in the usual media.

Check out the necrophiliac night attendant at the Hamilton County morgue. He didn't help out the reputation of the public servants in forensic medicine.

Seems that one Kenneth Douglas has been partying with drugs, alcohol, and dead women at work. He's long been paying criminal penalties for his malfeasance, however new evidence from vaginal swabs of various crime victims has revealedhis DNA in at least two more victims, one of them, a pregnant woman who had been strangled to death.

This crime has maxed out the nausea- meter of county prosecuter Charles Deters, who is quoted as follows: "This guy's just a pig. I can't explain why someone would do something like this. ... This is off-the-charts weird."

Certainly it earns a 10 on the Springer scale, named after that former mayor of Cincinnati, Ohio (the metropolitan locale of this story).

Why Time Mag and Washington Post Profits are waaay down.

I don't have to do the work...... Jill put together a nice piece on the pro abortion efforts to counteract the "fight FOCA" campaign.

Particularly featured are attacks on the Catholics for efforts to turn back this legislation, as well the above mentioned media denials that Obama has intentions to force Americans into complicity with his killing agenda.

FOCA is a bill which Obama cosponsored in his previous senatorial position. Attached to THIS ARTICLE is the video of Obama, speaking at a Planned Parenthood function, and promising to sign FOCA as one of his first presidential acts. Also linked is the media spin, which consists of FOCA denial. There's an attempt to erase the memory of legislation which the American public is obviously not ready to swallow even from the Obamanator.

Stay tuned for the alerts on FOCA fragments. Like the immigration reform which was rejected by the people during the last term of congress, The so called "freedom of choice act"..... (bringing us an increase in coerced abortions and complicity for all), will be cut up into smaller fragments and surreptitiously processed through the federal government apparatus.

No toilet paper - recycle your heinie wipes

This is better than the one square toilet paper conservation effort of Sheryl Crow.

Buy your recyclable heinie wipes here. Forget about the cost of cleaning these things if people bother to do so properly.

Like many recycling ideas, the energy cost will exceed the savings if proper sanitation is carried out.

Beware of products with stain concealing color and prints. ;-) At least the cloth diapers were white, so you had some idea if they were cleaned well or not. Also babies have considerably less liability of incurable diseases down there....

Should "green" bathroom facilities have a warning notice outside? "No toilet paper here".

POTLUCK parties are going to have a new dimension. BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER!

Way to go MSNBC

Do check out this really professional job introducing the republican speaker answering Obama's address to the nation Tuesday night.

UPDATE: Chris Matthews lamely explains his gaffe:
"I was taken aback by that peculiar stagecraft, the walking from somewhere in the back of this narrow hall, the winding staircase looming there, the odd antibellum look of the scene," Matthews said in a script for his "Hardball" show on Wednesday. "Was this some mimicking of a president walking along the state floor to the East Room?"

San Francisco Chronicle among papers going Bust

Hearst Publishing will either dump or close the San Francisco Chronicle. This paper joins a growing list of publications entering the dumper. Hearst acquired the SF newspaper in 2000, and the liability has grown too much to bear.

The unreliability of these publications is usually not mentioned as a reason for the declining popularity. The most popular excuse is the burgeoning internet competition.

Just this past weekend, the company holding the Philadelphia Inquirer has filed chapter 11 bankruptcy. Owners of the Los Angeles Times and the Minneapolis Star Tribune have done the same, due to severe decreases in advertising revenue. Why do the advertisers leave???? Because people aren't reading those papers anymore!

Washington Post profits for last quarter show a 72 drop from the same quarter last year. The 1.8 million uptick in internet revenue was not nearly enough to compensate for the 28 million dollar drop from the print media. The Post already announced closure of a plant in Maryland to save money.

Soldier will go through Court Martial in Challenging Obama

Lt. Scott Easterling is challenging Obama's eligibility as commander in chief, and joining a lawsuit as a plaintiff, demanding that Obama show proof of his citizenship. Easterling joined the army at age 40, after working as a contractor in Iraq, completed officers' training and redeployed in that same country.

The 40 year old army officer feels bound by his oath to protect the constitution of the U.S. to make this challenge, and will be joining as one of the many plaintiffs challenging Obama in court.

Visit the WND site for an update on the lawsuits challenging Obama, and for further details of Lt. Easterling's case.

Why the Dems only Blow Gas about War Crimes

It seems that the detainees at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan are not to be accorded Constitutional rights as are citizens of the U.S. . Adopting a policy more like that of the Bush administration is causing consternation among the human rights lawyers who were expecting "hope and change" from the Obama administration and a revolving door system of justice for the terrorists.

Somehow the administration sees a difference between the privileges accorded to terrorists based upon their location, with the Guantanamo prisoners being more privileged due to proximity.

Alan Keyes needs no Teleprompter

If this guy had been elected president:
1) he would have been the first Black president (Obama is really no more Black than Bill Clinton)
2) there would be a sane man in office
3) we would not be in the hole for a gigantic porkulus package
4) we would not be losing our free speech, our health care system, and our freedom of conscience

the hypnotic obamanator

This is pretty interesting stuff. Salesmen use it, the Moonies used it, and certainly Obama and his media drones used it. Blow up your TV.
The reason I couldn't be hypnotized by Obamanator is because he was too &^$# BORING! :-D

Oregon's Insane Health Rationing

For those of you who wanted socialized medicine so badly, think of how Oregon is managing it's State Healthcare program.

Oregon has always been front running in health care policy, with the first shining example being OMAP's initial plan to cut the coverage for end of life care down to a thousand bucks at the same time it initiated funding for physician assisted suicide.

Now a new list of priorities for rationing of government funds for health care puts abortion near the top of the list for treatment priority of funding, ahead of such things as treating ectopic pregnancy, STDs or infection and hemorrhage resulting from miscarraige. Abortion is also waaaaay out ahead of closed hip fractures and obstructive or strangulated hernias.

Happy socialized medicine, people. You just get in line behind that woman wanting an abortion, for the funding to fix your hernia or hemorrhage. Killing comes first in Oregon.

Book Purging courtesy of Your government

The backdoor method of erasing all politically incorrect cultural heritage, published before 1985 is to pass a "green law" decreasing the allowable lead content in books, and demanding that all those published before the restrictions be eliminated. They have to keep those old Bibles away from your kids, especially.

So keep all of your old kids books and pass them down. I was going to send a bunch to Goodwill, but not anymore. Give them directly to other families who aren't afflicted with paranoid lead-phobia.

The amusing part of this is to think of the massive book disposal problem this has created for commercial and public institutions, and the landfills which receive their waste.

Fertility clinic error = another kid in the trash.

A little booboo at the Kagawa Prefectural Central hospital has caused a good deal of inconvenience and misery. A mixup at the Fertility clinic caused a woman to be impregnated with the wrong baby. When the error was discovered, the woman aborted, due to unwillingness to raise an kid who is biologically unrelated.

Too bad she didn't take advantage of the big demand for Asian kids in the U.S. The woman is suing for 250,000 dollars, but that isn't going to fix her double trouble.

Obama knows how to pick em.

Here's some more trouble for Rahm Emanuel , Obama's chief of staff. He's forgotten about taxes on free rent, for one, and it appears that he owes on a total of 100,000 dollars over 5 years.
None of these guys think they have to pay taxes.

It also appears that Emanuel served on the Freddie Mac Board
during the period that this government backed financial institution was having trouble correctly reporting its earnings. After resigning fro the board, he also received a considerable campaign donation from Freddie Mac (25,000) the largest bolus gift to a house candidate, in 2002.

I think he fits right in with the rest of Obama's picks..... What a guy!

South Dakota Defines Human Life

When the Roe V Wade Decision was made, the Supreme Court justices did not have the time (nor the intellectual ability ) to consult references in the field of embryology. This might have allowed them to understand when the life of a sexually reproducing organism begins. The Justices left that question up in the air (in their view) to justify the wholesale killing of humans early in development.

The North Dakota House has passed legislation recognizing the biological facts. This upends the Roe V Wade decision, by directly giving a legal answer (recognizing the biological one) concerning the beginning of human life, and it recognizes the most basic human right at the same time.

It will be interesting to see if the Senate kills this bill, or to watch the court battles if the bill survives.

All of the justification for abortion is based upon two political postures: 1) ignorance of biology, or 2) willingness to claim that one has the authority to determine which humans may be killed.

Increasingly the leftists are becoming more comfortable with number 2, once they weary of being trashed for number 1.

the evolution debate

Evolution is a Theory. Once a person speaks of "believing in evolution" then the person is abusing a scientific theory as a religion.

Science is a method for gaining understanding of physical phenomena. The spiritual phenomena and understandings are outside of science, and the methodology is poorly applicable at best.

Here is an excerpt from Darwin's own book, on "The Origin of Species" showing that he obviously did not reject the Creator at the time of putting forth his theory about the mechanism.

**
"There is grandeur in this view of life, with its several powers, having originally been breathed by the Creator into a few forms or into one; and that whilst this planet has gone cycling on according to the fixed law of gravity, from so simple a beginning endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful have been, and are being evolved."
**

Yep, that is at the tail end of his book, and even the word 'Creator' is capitalized.

Perjury is also OK if you're a Democrat

The news media would not like to have the distraction of an investigation into Roland Burris's possible perjury regarding his relationship with Blagojevich, of the "senate seat for sale scandal"

Recall that Burris is the recipient of the seat that would have been sold, had Blagojevich been permitted to complete the job.

The Republicans are calling for his resignation, but the news media would not like to see, since "It's not the kind of distraction Senate Democrats need as they try to move forward the president's agenda".

Also it's difficult for the media to use the D word in association with Burris, these days. There must be something to this story.....

Another lawsuit for Planned Parenthood

A Warren County, Ohio woman has filed suit, in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, against Planned Parenthood for failing to report suspected abuse when she presented for an abortion as a minor.

The plantiff reports having been abused from age 13 to 17 by her father, and being impregnated by him. When the Planned Parenthood employees (at the Mt Auburn facility in Cincinnati) took her history, she stated that she had been made to do things that she did not want to do.

The lawsuit alleges that Planned Parenthood's failure to report the suspected sex abuse, resulted in one and a half more years of mistreatment after the abortion occurred.

Thirteen year old Father in the UK

It's time to rethink the failed sex ed problem in the UK. Because of the ease in obtaining birth control drugs, there is an increase in the demand for abortion among teens. There are also a plethora of very young teens bearing children, and living on government benefits.

For the lefties, this story of a 13 year old father and his 15 year old girlfriend is more troublesome than the abortions.
In their view, kids should be available for sex, but not reproduction.

The Global Warming Swindle from the UK Channel 4

Arne Duncan, new Secretary of Education has Trouble at home

Obama called CEO of Chicago Public Schools, Arne Duncan, up from his hometown, so it's a given that there would be some kind of investigation associated with the new U.S. Secretary of Education.

Seems that CBS is looking into the corporal punishment practices at Chicago Public Schools. It appears to be sporadic, capricious, and not well regulated.

As you can see, I'm not entirely opposed to the "board of education" but there's at least some video evidence to accompany stories that corporal punishment has sometimes been inappropriate at the CPS.

Though the style of reporting and presentation from CBS, induces some skepticism there is probably merit to some of these stories. Trevion Martin one of the students complaining of excessive use of force from a teacher is quite the drama queen. That investigators find his story to be unsubstantiated is left to the very end of the article.

On the other hand, some of the paddling of athletes has been caught on security cameras, at the Simeon Career Academy. It is said to be a tradition there.

Murtha Lobbyists investigated by FBI

The FBI has raided the offices of PMA, a lobbying firm with close ties to Democrat congressman of Pennsylvania, who is head of the defense appropriations subcommittee. He's exchanged millions of dollars of favors to the clients of this firm ( in exchange for hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign funds.

It doesn't look pretty for the corpulent congressman of35 years
. But since he's a Democrat, he's gonna get away with it.

If You Drank the Obama Koolaid .......

you get to wear a re-run of the Carter years as your own responsibility.

The media falsely blamed Bush and McCain for "deregulation" of financial institutions. To the contrary, Bush passed some sweeping regulatory legislation in order to address the Enron debacle, but the deregulation of bank loans is not his responsibility. He did, since 2001, warn that the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac policies were going to blow those mortgage lenders up in our face, to no avail. Read up: I've said it before, but Noel Sheppard says it better.

We had Barney Frank at the helm .

Celebrate the new 93 percent PORK bill and suck it up. I know, of course that most of Obamanator's supporters don't pay taxes, but the ones who do are gonna be crying, as well as the people who expected Obama to buy their gas and pay off their house.

Nurse Sonya Wernli exposes Dignitas as suicide for profit Machine

Soraya Wernli took a job with Dignitas, the back alley Euthanasia provider in Switzerland, originally in order to provide final care and comfort to those who chose suicide.

Still not opposed to assisted suicide, Nurse Wernli has become a fierce opponent of the Dignitas organization, due to her findings while on the job for two and a half years, ending in 2005. Among her first disappointments was finding that the owner, Ludwig Minelli, was routinely having the clients sign over their belongings to his organization, and was selling the items in pawn shops.

Minelli was also providing for double suicides, allowing for couples to kill themselves together. This practice is considered unethical by most of those who condone physician assisted suicide, and was one of the reasons for Wernli to spend her last 8 months of employment as a police informant. (The old practice of suttee comes to mind.) The final straw for this nurse, however, was a botched suicide leading to a 70 hour death process which left the victim thrashing and foaming at the mouth. The victim's family and Dignitas' owner wrangled, during this event and in the aftermath. It is apparent to many that an illegal, lethal injection on the premises was the final cause of death, though Minelli denies this.

A lengthy article in the Daily Mail
details some of Wernli's experiences. Four years after leaving Dignitas, and filing a number of lawsuits, she still waits for the slow wheels of Swiss "justice" to turn against Minelli, and close down his operations.

Ms. Wernli has begun writing a book entitled The Business with the Deadly Cocktails, billed as an expose of what she considers to be a "necessary" organization gone bad.

In actuality, there's no possibility for any of these killing organizations to be anything but bad. The results which Wernki has witnessed are to be expected, every time.

Keeping Track of Obama Cabinet Tax Cheats

Here's another one. The husband of Labor secretary nominee Hilda Solis, Sam Sayyad, very quickly paid up a tax liens totalling about 6400 against his business. I guess this gesture was to celebrate his wife's nomination. Apparently the couple was unaware of any tax liens against Sayyad's business, but were inspired by the Deity to visit the Los Angeles tax office to make things right just after Hilda was informed that she would be nominated. (Apparently USA Today served as messnger of the Deity.) Records at the county recorders office show liens totaling $7,630.57, not including interest, so I guess that there's a bit more to pay. And as with Daschle, this is probably the tip of the iceberg.

Again, I certainly do not have trouble with people attempting to snooker the IRS, because this agency is rapacious. It's good clean fun, and the sport of most business owners. However, the liberal party which is expecting us to pay ever increasing taxes and accept further government encroachment into our private lives needs to live up to the demands which it places on us.

Anthony Horvath has had a personal test of his prolife convictions, when offered the option of aborting his daughter at 20 weeks after a diagnosis of spina bifida.

Horvath , a Christian apologist, advocates an increasingly popular mantra that hearts can be changed one at a time, with respect to this issue of killing unborn humans.

What he others need to remember is that after FOCA is passed, and after socialized medicine is put in place, the medical landscape will be forever altered. FOCA will force the participation of medical professionals and institutions in the practice of abortion. Those who refuse to kill humans will need to leave health care. This will leave everyone to deal with pro-abortion health care providers. In addition, the cost containment which occurs in all other countries with socialized medicine will also occur here in the U.S.

This means that people who are faced with an untoward prenatal diagnosis (usually means unborn baby with birth defects) will also be faced with the information that the government health care system cannot afford to cover treatment for the child.

That's very strong abortion coercion, people. Citzens of Canada, and the UK can tell you about this business, but you'd have to pry it out of most of them. You can hear more about it if you understand any Asian languages.

George Obama busted for drugs in Nairobi

Yep, Brother George Obama, that guy who was said to live on a dollar a month in a Nairobi slum area, has been busted on drug charges. Apparently he was in possession (but not selling) the evil weed, marijuana. CNN interviewed him from the Haruma prison, and you can read about it HERE.

Obama's only making a president's salary now, rather than his former four million a year windfall, so he might not be able to lend assistance to brother George.

500 million Americans will lose their jobs -says Pelosi

Now we know why this looney-tunes lady so desperately wants "family planning" (code word for abortion) in the Obama stimulus package. She has an extremely inflated view of the population of the U.S., to accompany her other florid signs of departure from reality.

Click HERE to see the Pelosi quote. Her repeated gaffe is celebrated on You tube, and yes, those of us with a Right mind are laughing at her. Only the San Francisco area of California would elect such a whacko to represent them.

Lila Rose and Live Action Films Nail another Planned Parenthood - Tucson AZ.

DASCHLE Resigns.

Tax problems aren't the only difficulty for Tom Daschle, the Obama nominee for Health and Human Services Secretary. Apparently his lucrative speaking engagements within the health care industry were considered too much for the Senate to ignore. I expect that the tax issue was only the tip of the iceberg.

Talk Radio lit up with Obama's tax cheating cabinet appointees, and a replaying of a past Daschle statement that tax cheaters should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

One IRS employee called in to a talk show, saying that the agency is recieving a good deal of mail stating that the writers would pay taxes after Obama's tax cheating nominees did.

Tax revolt is in the air, and Obama has no clue. His ongoing problem is finding sufficiently leftist nominees who don't cheat and steal, as well as the potentially explosive Blagojevich and Rezko problem, continuing to ferment in Illinois.

55 dead in ice storm 24 in Kentucky alone

Please add links in the comment section if you hear of an offer of federal aid for Kentucky in dealing with the aftermath of last week's ice storm.

That state went to Bush in a big way. I've heard that the democrat governor, Steve Beshear's request for aid did not elicit a response. Please correct me with a link if my rumor mill is wrong.

Another Obama appointee Withdraws due to Tax problems

This times it's Nancy Killefer who was to head up the newly created "Performance office" of the White house.
It seems that she forgot to pay employment taxes for the household help, and had a lien against her house for said taxes.

I guess the reason our taxes have to go up is because the Dems don't pay theirs???

Sister Preempts the Superbowl

Our Parish enjoyed the company and services of one Elderly Super-nun (truly turbocharged) for almost 2 decades. Retirement was impossible for this lady, at 81 years of age, and she left this world at the same rate she lived her whole life.
Sister slipped on the steps in church, hit her head, and got the fast elevator ride up to heaven. Bad for us, but ( in this sicko health professional point of view) GOOD for her.

ROCK ON, Sister!

New concern over commercial use of President's image

This expression of concern about the use of the president's image, and the involvement of Obama's lawyers coincides with the publicity about the prolife ad below.

The lawyers need to find a way to limit the use of Obama's image to promote things (particularly prolife ideology, I bet) with which he might not agree. The price to pay is the dampening of public "worship" of that very same image.

It's a lose-lose situation for Obama.
